Our Restaurant Manager, Wassana, has been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 20 years and along with her all-Thai team, will be on hand with their knowledge and experience to help you pick the perfect dishes to delight your palette.

Our chefs are trained in Thailand instilling the knowledge and respect for quality ingredients and the ability to seamlessly blend eastern and western techniques to create dishes of character and depth that are not enslaved to tradition, dishes that appeal to a sophisticated European palette. our Head Chef prides himself on the quality of his food and only cooks fresh to order, which may take a little longer but will ensure the best Thai experience
